REFERRALS

A referral code is not required when you refer someone to the app. The person you are referring simply needs to input your phone number in the ‘REFERRAL PHONE NUMBER’ field.

Kindly note that you can not get the numbers of the people you referred.

There is no form of reference ID on the app.

There is no form of referral link.

TRANSFER OF FUNDS

Please note that this will be treated within 24 hours. Kindly provide the following details: Airopay wallet number, Account name & number you tried transferring to, Date of the transaction, a screenshot of the email receipt you got for the transaction, a screenshot also from the app showing the transaction.

For transfer of funds from your Airopay Wallet to a Local Bank Account, please do the following.

 1. Log in to your wallet and click on the transfer icon. 2. Click on the first field (AIROPAY-BANK) 3. Select the BANK NAME & ACCOUNT NUMBER. 4. Input the amount you want to transfer. 5. Input your pin & click continue.

To transfer funds, 1. Log on to any local bank application and click on transfer. 2. Select the bank name (RUBIES MFB/HIGHSTREET MFB). 3. Input your AIROPAY WALLET NUMBER, your name should appear. 4. Once your name appears, you can make your transfer.

1. Kindly wait for 24 hours for it to reflect.

2. Send a screenshot of the funds debited along with the details of the transaction – Name & Account number of the recipient and the Date of transaction to support@airopay.com or any of our WhatsApp lines 

There is no limit to any form of transfer on the app.

RESET PIN

LOANS & REPAYMENT

The duration for repayment of a loan is fourteen(14) days

The loans offered in Airopay are graduate loans. This means that once you get a loan and pay back when due, your loan credit increases and you can have access to more funds.

Transact more on the app and ensure your account has balances at the end of the period.

Navigate to the Loans menu and follow the instructions that follow

1. Log in to your account with your email and password
2. Go to settings
3. Click on reset pin
4. Enter previous pin
5. Confirm pin
6. Answer 1 of the security questions (the security question is the question you set up during your PIN creation) Click on continue
7. You should get a notification saying your wallet pin reset successful

Please note that you must answer the security question correctly for your pin reset to be successful.

1. Go to SETTINGS.
2. Click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
3. Input CURRENT PASSWORD.
4. Input NEW PASSWORD & CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD.
5. Click the CHANGE PASSWORD.

Please log into the app and click on ACCOUNT. Your account number will be displayed.

1. Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD icon.
2. Fill in all the required details.
3. Pick any of the 3 questions you chose when registering and answer it.
4. Click on RESET PASSWORD.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Open the app & click on ‘REGISTER ACCOUNT’ field.
2. Fill in all the details (FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER).
3. Fill in your PASSWORD & CONFIRM PASSWORD.
4. Fill in your BVN and all other details.
5. Fill in the REFERRER’S PHONE NUMBER( i.e the person who referred you to the app) & click on CONTINUE.
6. Once that is done, you should be prompted to set up a 4-digit pin you will be using to make your transfers.
7. You will also be prompted to set up 3 SECURITY QUESTIONS & ANSWERS that you will need incase you forget your pin or password.
8. Please make sure you remember any of the 3 questions you set up.

 

BILL PAYMENTS

Kindly log into the App. Click on the Electricity Icon. Select the bill you want to pay and follow the instructions.

AIRTIME & DATA RECHARGE

1. Click on the AIRTIME icon on the app.
2. Click on the first icon( LOCAL TOP UP) to buy airtime for any local number.
3. Click on the second icon( INT’L TOP UP) to buy airtime for an int’l number.
4. Click on the third icon( TOP UP MY NUMBER) to buy airtime for yourself. i.e. the number tied to the wallet account

1.  Click on the INTERNET icon on the app.
2. Click on the internet service you want to subscribe for (Smile, Spectranet, Tizeti, etc.)
3. Confirm the package you want to pay for.
4. Enter your REFERENCE NUMBER, AMOUNT & EMAIL.
5. Enter your pin and click CONTINUE.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

1. Click on the TRANSFER icon.
2.Click on the second icon (INT’L TRANSFER) to transfer funds to an international bank account

However, this menu will be available shortly in the next version of the app.
